The customer is a nut processing company that needed to transfer bulk nuts from low-level equipment to elevated weighing and packaging equipment. Due to the height difference between the upstream and downstream machines and limited floor space, a conventional horizontal conveying solution was not suitable for the existing layout.

Conveyed Materials: Bulk peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and other granular nut products.

Based on the customer's feeding position and production line layout, we provided a customized Z Type Elevator for the project.

The elevator receives bulk nuts at the lower level and continuously elevates them to the required height.
